Will I Get My Money Out of the Swimming Pool When I Sell My House?

The house and swimming pool you see on this site were sold during one of the worst real estate slumps in recorded history. We did get our money back, but most importantly the swimming pool sold the house. The buyers stated at the closing that they bought this particular house because of the swimming pool. We feel very lucky that our house sold when many houses that were listed prior to ours had not.
